The person who served us, Fran was very helpful and understanding. Straight away he explained they have the machine that will match a mattress to us and then showed us the mattress that fitted our results and were in our budget. He then allowed us to walk around and have a look by ourselves before we decided on the one we were going to buy. We were also told about the new PPE processes and everything was thorough and felt safe.
