Sales rep (believe it was John) was excellent. Very helpful, knowledgeable, great with my young family, fully explained the situation with the product we wanted, not pushy, gave us a great deal on the product due to it not being the exact one we wanted. Just felt there was an honest desire to get us the very best product for us.

The assistant was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. He spent time understanding what I wanted and showed me a good selection of items that met my specifications.

John the store manager was excellent in helping us not only find the bed but also the perfect mattress, there was no rush, but he was always there when questions where needed answering! Excellent service
