Soon as I walked into Dreams was well introduced and shown what mattress would be recommended to me as I explained that I have lower back problems, I was well happy with the outcome and shown several mattresses that I was allowed to try out plus let alone choosing one item was happy with the service for helping me choosing the base and headboard also Well recommended that if anyone is looking

Sean, who was helping us to choose a bed was very helpful and polite. We got the bed we wanted, and it's being delivered on Saturday, which is a few days after we ordered. We used the sleep thing to tell us which mattress would help us the most. This helped us choose the one we purchased. Overall it was a lovely experience. Thank you, Sean, for all your help.

As soon as we came into the shop we were looked after, appreciate being offered coffee and water. Manages to find a mattress perfect for us with the help if Sean who was brilliant.
