Pretty much as soon as we entered the store we were greeted by a member of your team, Stuart. He was very friendly, offered us a drink and asked what we were looking for. He took into account all our requirements and showed us the various mattresses which fitted our criteria - answering all our questions as we came to our decision. He was impartial and not pushy in the slightest - made purchasing a new mattress for our daughter a pleasant and stress free experience.

The assistant manager who looked after us was attenuative and tried to find an exact match to show us what we needed. He spoke through the options, showed us available colours and advised of all the connotations we could have.
