The assistant manager John was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all our question with professionalism. We were allowed to take our time to make our purchase decission and did not feel at any time pressured to make the purchase. We were shown a number of mattresses to help make our decission.

The knowledge of Joseph the salesman was very helpful and a good way of concluding the order. I would question the revelence for selling insurance on products of the highest end of the market. If we buy a top of the range product like this we should not have to think that it could be faulty

The staff member Sean was very helpful and helped us find the perfect bed and mattress within our budget. He heard our budget and didn’t try to show us things that were too expensive.

Went into store as we had purchased from Dreams before. We were very impressed with the testing bed and John was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful

Having been let down by a competitor (Bensons for Beds) I needed a mattress ASAP so that my daughter wasn't sleeping on the floor I explained the issue to Joe and that I needed quick delivery. He went away to confirm delivery options and advised we could do 4 days. My daughter used the sleep system and it advised her on which mattress to choose which was ironically the one we had already identified. Joe then processed our sale quickly.
