Fran was superb. My partner is having a back operation and we needed a suitable mattress ASAP. Fran listened and understood our needs and couldn’t have been more helpful. He suggested we used the sleep machine, with Stacey from Gavin and Stacey, which was good fun. He used the results and overlaid availability and we have a delivery in 3 days time - brilliant !!!!!
