We were greeted by Prashant with good excellent happy service, very welcoming and helpful towards our needs for a new mattress. Very precise in detail on each mattress we tried, excellent with adhering social distancing and cleanliness. Offered a drink to us. Very lovely helpful man. We hope he goes far in the business and a great team member to dreams, we are happy with the service we received today.

Great customer service, asking all questions and ensuring all needs are met. Service showed our safety was important and followed all precautions to ensure felt safe while shopping, e.g. having hand sanitiser always available. Disposable bed/ pillow covers when testing mattresses. Only problem was unaware some colours of headboards were unavailable, but is understandable due to the current situation we are in. Did apologise and was easily sorted out.
