Spoke to a very helpful fellow on the phone. I had to phone back and leave a message for him to phone me and he replied very quickly. He was very helpful to me placing my order.

We were welcomed, and taken through the safety measures, then we were shown around the store and tried out products which the assistant felt would best meet our needs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and we had a very positive experience

The assistant who helped us gave us space and time to think. He also showed us items which were in the clearance sale and provided us with a number of quotes to help us make up our mind. I believe that we got a good deal on what we were looking for, we paid slightly more than I had budgeted but that was due to being shown a headboard that we liked which was a lot more than I anticipated we would spend, so good salesman.

Having been into another bedding store a short time earlier. Your staff member John was excellent and professional and not pushy to sell. Answered our questions without flanning. The staff were attentive but not overbearing. They were knowledgeable and patient (while my partner took and absolute age running between two mattresses) - I liked your computer bed thing that recommended mattersses based on the way you lie.
