During our visit to your Aylesbury store we were looked after by John. He made us feel welcome but didn't come across as pushy in anyway and let us go about this in our own way. He must have been keeping an eye us us as we wandered around the store and sensed when we were ready to really get stuck in. He took us through the 'test bed' experience and showed us the beds that matched. From our conversations, he showed us one or two similar beds as well. When we made our choice, he took our details and placed the order. John's demeanour, product knowledge and (above all) tea making ability, made the whole experience of shopping for our bed a comfortable and pleasant one. I'm looking forward to our new bed to arriving so I can try it out for real!

Salesman was knowledgeable about the products. The Sleepmatch Machine was useful but whether it recommended the correct mattress is to be seen.

Service was excellent from entering the store to leaving. Very friendly and knowledgeable on the products. They listened to what I wanted and did not try to sell me something else. The process was well organised and hygenic.

As a disabled person in a wheelchair I often get ignored in shops this was not the case in Aylesbury store. I was made very welcome and just any other customer VERY WELL TO ALL THE SALES STAFF IN THE AYLESBURY STORE

The assistant was very helpful. I liked the idea of being offered refreshments I.e water or hot drink.

The assistant manager John was excellent in handling our experience. Within 30 seconds of entering the store he greeted us and asked how he could help; he wasn't pushy but appeared to be genuinely enthusiastic about the products. He was friendly and attentive throughout as well as ensuring we had everything we needed to. I could not have had a better experience shopping there. He was very cautious of social distancing guidelines and left a lasting impression on us
