We are hosting for a Ukrainian refugee and needed a new bed urgently. The dreams sales assistant wanted to get us the best deal possible as personally believed in what we are doing. It was great to have his support and we felt valued as a customer.

Our salesperson - John Kelly - was excellent. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable, yet didn't crowd us and left us to make decisions.

John Kelly was very helpful when we asked about sofabeds. He gave us a few options for the size of the room we have. It took us a couple of weeks to decide and the sale with 20% off helped us make up our mind. When we visited the store in Aylesbury, Joe took our order as John was not at the store that day, and he was very helpful as well, pointing out there was a half price sale on accessories, so we purchased a duvet as well.
