John the Deputy Manager was really knowledgeable and helpful. He made choosing and ordering a suitable bed really easy.

From the time we stepped into the store we were welcomed by the store manager..everything was explained clearly to us. We were offered refreshments given our bed experience..then Fran the assistant took over. From here we tried out the mattresses. Excellent well impressed..so was my husband!

The store was bright and cheerful and well laid out and I was assisted by a very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. The whole process was quick and pleasant.

The colleague who took care of us went above and beyond. He ensured we where well catered for, offering us complementary drinks (the hot chocolate was definitely the right choice!) was patient with us, as we had a newborn with us who needed feeding halfway though the order. He ensured we were safe at all times by reminding us to use some hand sanitiser after using the card machine and using his pen. He went above and beyond by kindly measuring the three beds depth which we were interested in, kindly making three separate journeys for each measurement. We have always used dreams as the service is always exceptional and although the beds are on the more expensive side, the quality is absolutely outstanding. Lastly, i would like to thank Sean (Aylesbury store) for being so patient and friendly, making it a positive buying experience. ~Maddie

Sean was quick to find me what I wanted. He made the whole sales process very easy as well as the discounts and arranging credit. The delivery times were also super speedy which is great as we are moving.

Staff very friendly and helpful, not pushing for sales. There were only 3 staff on at a busy time and they were very upbeat and positive, always checking on us and thanking us for waiting. Very knowledgable staff and did not push us into a sale. Very clean shop, free water/coffee/tea for our visit - very happy.
