Very professional. Manger John was very helpfull. I was busting to shop around with plans to buy beds may be in few weeks but not on the day. With The interaction with John and the products that he brought on the table for discussion haloed me to decide and buy the beds on the day. John is in deed very friendly and professional and was able to understand and advise me on my requirements with in a short time of our interactions.

On arrival at the store, we were first approached by a nice young man who told us he was new but helped as much he could before passing us on to his colleague, Kevin. Kevin was so polite and understanding of our budget and needs, and didn't pressure us at all but took his time showing us many mattress options to suit! His customer service was excellent, a credit to the team at Dreams Aylesbury!

My wife and I were pleased with the service provided by the staff. We were greeted by John the manager of the Aylesbury shop and were given a brief explanation on how the staff can help us in selecting a bed. After a brief tour of the shop, we asked for assistance in selecting a mattress and divan. We were assisted by Kevin who was able to help us to select the product which met our requirement. Very happy with the end result.

Sean in the Aylesbury store is an asset to your company and the reason we keep coming back. He is such a huge delight to speak with and he makes us so welcoming. A complete legend.

Great service and staff

Sean was very knowledgeable, approachable and interactive. He spent time exploabing everything to us and chatting to our 9 month old daughter. He allowed us space to try out the mattresses and didn't make us feel like we were under any pressure. He could see me and my husband had different mattress needs and helped us find something to suit us both.

I went in to buy a mattress that I had seen online. To be honest, I didn’t really know what I was looking for but Fran, in your Aylesbury store, greeted me upon arrival and showed me the mattress machine. I was really impressed with that! I think I was so impressed with how quickly I decided on a mattress, when he asked if I also needed a bed, I thought, why not?! I was going to originally buy the bed at a later stage but what with being offered coffee and the ease of the shopping trip so far, I figured buying a bed to go with the mattress would be the sensible option!

The shop assistant was friendly, kind and listened to my queries.
