Sean was extremely helpful knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable from the start. He wasn’t pushy and let us go at our own pace just encouraging us along

Very friendly and explained the difference between other mattresses, the gentleman obviously new what he was talking about, and never felt rushed.

Paul who served us was very friendly and helpful he guided us to what we wanted and gave us the space to make up our minds. He was helpful, got us a coffee and listened to what we wanted.

We had the undivided attention of the Dreams colleague who did not harrass us but came up with relevant suggestions for our needs. He was helpful in all aspects of our purchase and followed this up with useful paper work after the money transaction was completed. We were made aware of various offers available to us.

I bought the right product for me, the staff didn’t push the most expensive bed on me and gave their own views on the products. This helped me chose.

Sean from the Aylesbury store was incredibly helpful when selecting our mattress. He didn’t attempt to up sell us, he listened to our budget and what we wanted and matched us with an amazing mattress! He also gave us a lovely coffee and we tried out the machine which helps to select the perfect mattress for you!

Assistant was very knowledgeable and showed us items which met our criteria. Very polite.

Sean was very personable and understanding of our needs. The new technology available in store for deciding which type of mattress we were suited to was brilliant and during our discussions with Sean our ideas about the type of mattress we thought we needed (and indeed have had for many years) as my husband has back issues has been totally changed! We can’t wait to sleep in our new bed. We only bought the bed yesterday and I have already passed on our excellent Dreams experience!! We returned to Dreams having been very satisfied with the two mattresses we had previously bought a number of years ago.
