Initially ordered 1 mattress in store & completely satisfied with that part. The following day I telephoned to increase the order to 2 mattresses. Was told no problem, order would be amended and I would be telephoned for payment after 11am. Waited until 3pm and then phoned Dreams myself as I had not received a call. Paid over the phone. 2 days later arrived home to an answerphone message saying could I phone and pay the outstanding balance otherwise the delivery would not be able to go ahead. Really annoyed about this. Phoned Dreams and said I had already paid in full. I waited while a lady spoke to a man. She laughed at the error and said the payment was now allocated and it was "all sorted". Did not receive an apology which was very disappointing. Very poor service.

No matter how good a business or it's staff are it can always do better and should never rest on it's laurels... Nobody ever should get a 10 it will never be perfect - the biggest problem with the business model is that you need to buy based on a mattress which comes with a range of bases and headboards to obtain the (alleged) best discount if you want a particular mattress with a base from a different range the discount disappears...

I was specifically looking for a very firm single mattress, and whilst (I hope) I found what I was looking for I found the choice in-store more limited than other retailers I had visited. I would highly commend Anthony who served me: he was friendly, polite and courteous.

Visit to the store was very good, I rate 'Highly Satisfied' possibly too strictly! Service was very good.

Great service and great store. John was very helpful and clearly knew his stuff on the beds and mattress'. I think the price could have been slightly better. Online offers free delivery but in store charge £39 then when offering discount this mainly covers the delivery charge not the products.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because it was resolved. The finances were the difficulty because I added up the total and the computer calculated it wrongly. But it was finally rectified - after quite a while.
