There was only one member of staff, John, with good product knowledge, the lady was very pleasant but here product knowledge was lacking. Had to complete the transaction separately for taking away the mattress because he forgot to include it on the original order. This was due entirely to other customers waiting to be served. He should have phoned me that afternoon but didn't and I had to phone him to complete the transaction.

Generally happy with the appearance of the store. One member of staff was hovering up leaves from the entrance. Product we were looking at was at the back of the store but easily identified.

Once my wife and I had decided upon a mattress, the salesman all of a sudden dropped in enthusiasm, making it too obvious that he was satisfied he had made his sale.

The bed we were initially interested in as we walked through the door stated "Everything you see included in this price" , but when we spoke to the sales assistant John he told us it was just for the bedframe and did not include the mattress, in all cases whenever I have made significant purchases , when you see a sign stating everything you see included in the price you don't expect to be told otherwise, Luckily when I recently purchased a car I wasn't told everything included except for the engine , for me the mattress was as important as the bed , and an integral part of the purchase. We felt like walking out at that point as the trust had been compromised and it left a bit of a sour and subsequently we have decided to purchase a mattress elsewhere, and ended up purchasing not the bed we initially wanted .

Overall our experience was very good, my husband and as were looking to replace a headboard for our bed and we were a bit disappointed that there were only limited colours to choose from, it would have been nice to have more of a selection. Also we have a Kingsize bed and the cost of a Kingsize headboard was not clear on the product details, we had to ask the salesman for the information, when he pointed it out on the labelling it became clear but on first looking the blue background it was on just didn't stand out. For these reasons I did not feel Highly Satisfied.
