John store manager is and always has been incredible, and I have bought five beds from John , he’s been the same helpfull, person every time.

Great customer service & friendly, knowledgeable staff

This was our third time purchasing a bed from Dreams, and it’s always been a good experience. John, the Assistant Manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the visit, and answered all of our questions. He was very patient with our 4 year old (whose new bed we were choosing), and even served him a hot chocolate which made his day.

From the moment I entered the store in Aylesbury I was asked if I needed help and I did . I was able to explain my requirements and given a clear plan of the mattresses available within my given budget . The store manager was exceptionally helpful and knowledgable. I was offered a coffee which was lovely and able to look and test the required mattress’s.

The assistant Sean was very pleasant and helpful..The store was clean and there were bottles of water around the store, which wecwere offered due to the heat

Good, clean, helpful staff, well laid out store

I was served by John and Joe who were really helpful, took the time to understand my needs and answered all of the questions I had. They even carried a mattress across the store to show me what it would be like on the frame I wanted! They didn’t rush me to make a decision and allowed me to consider all options; good customer service all round.

Staff were immediately attentive. We visited the store twice and on both occasions we were served by the same person.

The assistant was very friendly, listened well and went above to find the products we were after. He was knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
