Due to it being bank holiday and very busy there were limited staff. However, those there were extremely helpful and acknowledged everyone. The manager spent a lot of time with me explaining the types and was very caring to my queries. I put satisfied mainly due to cost but would highly recommend due to the staff.

We had very good service from the sales side in the store, we had to change the order based on information from my doctor so had to choose another bed. This was handled well

I can not be totally satisfied at this present time as waiting to be advised of delivery date. Also cannot be satisfied with products until received and tried. Other than that highly satisfied.

He went through the mattresses showing us a good range, he was very helpful. But, once we began to narrow down and ask about price on our “shortlist”, we said that one of the options was just two expensive (we literally did not have that much in the bank, even if I wanted that mattress!) I felt that the hard sale kicked in. He started to explain that the cost divided across 365 nights a year over 8 years, it’s a bargain. I felt that we had made it very clear that we were in the shop to buy a mattress, returning customers which we had told him, we were serious, we were going to buy. We didn’t need someone trying to get us to buy a more pricey mattress that we couldn’t afford. Just needed the best mattress in our price range. For a moment or two, it felt like he was a pushy salesman.

The staff were super helpful, gave us all the time we needed and good advice. We wanted to purchase a wooden bed frame and mattress for my daughter but couldn't find a bed frame that we liked. Staff was so helpful (Aylesbury, Saturday morning, charming dude) that we purchased the mattress from you anyway. Shame about the bed though

Whilst completing the order and finance, noticed that my first name was incorrectly spelt, and Sales Assistant found could not change it on system, so he had to contact the Customer Services to have this done, but also found that the finance had to be cancelled separately. Had to open a new finance deal, so at present not 100% sure whether the first Direct Debit has been cancelled or not. The Sales assistant persevered and tried his best, but have had no acknowledgement since that the first Direct Debit has been cancelled, which I find unacceptable, but also amazed that the software has a problem with editing name on an order.
