e-mail address was entered incorrectly so I didnt get a copy of the order on e-mail and had to revisit, my fault to an extent as the assistant did show me the order and details on the screen

Confused with the layout, this is probably due to change stock, other then that we had a good experience, would have helped if more staff were available

Staff member who served me was helpful, possibly too helpful, assuming he immediately knew what we wanted. He then assumed that I was the decision maker and my husband would be paying. A rather out of date assumption. He did seem to have good knowledge of the products but at no time gave us the option to look around for ourselves. He seemed rather too keen to get my son to watch TV, assuming he was bored and asking if I wanted tea or coffee then telling me to mention this in my review. Staff need to be aware that every shopper is different and therefore likes to shop in a different way.

Overall a very good experience - friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very slight delay in ordering as the store was busy but no problem

To give highly satisfied would have meant we got served straight away.We waited about 10 minutes to be served(that wasn't a problem as it was sale time and you do expect to wait a while).Also we ordered 2 mattresses and to be charged £38.00 to take your old ones away is a lot of money when you are already spending over £1200.
