Always room for improvement

The sales men although very nice was a bit too much. They seem to follow us around.

The gentleman that served us asked what our price range was and made a bed up to that value. He gave us a clearance mattress and a normal base. He said he did us a deal........ once home i checked out the normal price of the mattress and it was only £50 dearer full price. At no stage did he tell us the clearance price. He threw in extras of pillows etc and i felt he was just making up the value to our budget. We got a bed but im not sure it was value for money.

Was looking for a sealy, very firm mattress

I didn’t need a lot of assistance, I knew what I wanted, made my decision and placed the order...

The Consultant that served me, Prash, was great and very friendly and helpful. The other gentleman in the store was quite abrupt and not that friendly. Had he have served me, I would not have placed the order. However, Prash was great!

Price could have been slightly cheaper, including free delivery and build

Although very helpful, the salesman did not understand fully the budget and did try to sell more than I could afford for a mattress alone.

The salesman never asked about my budget, just went straight to expensive products hoping I’d buy them and he’d receive that level of commission
