Overall extremely satified. It is just the having to wait and then the weekends not being free delivery after spending over 1200.00

I purchased 2 mattresses and a bed base. The mattresses were showing as out of stock, and that I would be emailed with a delivery date when they were available. I heard nothing but when I called, was told that my delivery was booked for 16/7/2020. When I questioned that the mattresses were back in stock, the answer was not conclusive, more “ it must be fine if the delivery is booked.” So I hope that everything turns up on 16th! 🤞🏼

Card services down other than that not bad

Shopping is something i can never get excited about or be highly satisfied with. However i have to admit that the experience in Dreams Aylesbury was as good as it gets and was made a lot easier and painless with the assistance of John.

Highly satisfied with the member of staff who served us. My only issue was with the lead times (5 weeks) and the fact I had to pay for a Saturday delivery which was the first available date. Had I not I would have had to wait even longer.

Price with add ins was more than I wanted to pay
