The service and advice we received from Anthony during our visit to the store was excellent.

The assistance who served us was new but he went out of his way to be helpful and consulted his manager to ensure we were given the correct information about the product we were shopping for. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.

Quality of service was excellent

The Salesman Tony was fab, really helpful and we came away feeling really happy, not like we had been 'stitched up', and he seemed really genuine.

We made an initial visit to the store to see what was available. The gentleman who served us was very efficient and very knowledgeable. he asked my husband various questions about the type of mattress we liked to sleep on and immediately identified suitable mattresses for us to try. We decided to think about which one to have over night and return next day. The gentleman that served us when we returned to purchase our chosen bed was equally efficient and knowledgeable . He introduced us to the 10 year guarantee and organised the delivery and collection of our old mattress. he could not have been more helpful. It was altogether a very satisfying experience.

the assistant talked us through the different types of mattresses and the price ranges, then we were left to test the mattresses for our personal choice, although he was close at hand for us to answer any questions we asked him.

I was just satisfied

I was satisfied, I would reserve highly satisfied for something that either felt like great value or a premium experience. While my experience was good, it did not quite tick these boxes.

I visited dreams with my daughter and small granddaughter, an assistant came over to help immediately, suggested things to entertain my granddaughter and suggested the bed match machine. He listened to my specific needs and found a mattress promptly. It is for when I stay at my daughters and my budget is tight and when asked if there was any discount took me to see the returns where there was the same mattress. The cost was excellent and I was very pleased he didn’t try to push me to spend more.

We really wanted a double sided standard thickness matress that was comfortable.
