Anthony talked us through our request for a bed for our son who is a grown man. He explained the difference between cheaper beds for light use and ones for every day use, and recommended a bed that is highly suitable. He organized the delivery for today and was very empathic.

The staff were knowledgeable helpful and friendly.

We went in,looking for a specific product and we were shown a good selection whilst not being pressurised to but anything specific. Very helpful staff, even though the computer ordering system was 'down'. This was however even followed up with the appropriate electronic copy and a courtesy call the next day, just to confirm details. Very good experience in total.

We had a very clear idea of the type of bed we required but we were unsure as to the differences between the divans/drawers/legs and head boards. We were not pressurised at all whilst we were browsing and The Dream's Colleague "John Elliot" advised us that he was available if we needed him. When we were ready to make a selection, John had a wealth of knowledge and could show us immediately the variations of the products. He also worked through the computerised system with us to give the price differences between each. This made it simple for us to chose and place our order, with a cuppa and biscuits, which was a nice touch!
