John was very knowledgeable and helpful. He knew the products inside out. He also knew when to leave us alone and give us space.

Assisted as soon as we walked through the door. Offered a coffee & drinks ext first off. We also had both we our very young children with us and they were nothing but understanding and patient with us. Tried loads of matteress and found one we loved. So was nice and straight forward 😊

We was seen by Kevin one of your sales team who was very knowledgeable, very helpful very polite and made us feel at ease (NOT YOUR TYPICAL SALES MAN) which I hate when you walk through the door and they pounce on you. I have to say if it wasn't for the way he made us feel we would not have put an order in straight away as I never do but he did his upmost to get us the correct sale.100% would recommend dreams aylesbury and to deal with Kevin to any friends or family many thanks.

Joseph served us and was first class. Not pushy but very helpful and very efficiently processed our order. Yet to be delivered but the products we were shown were good quality.

We visited looking for a bed in mind and Sean approached us and was extremely friendly and chatty, understood exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately the bed we really wanted wasn’t in stock and weren’t sure when it was going to be. Sean offered alternatives which were similar however we decided we were going to wait a bit with our fingers crossed. Luckily the bed we wanted came back in stock a couple of weeks later! So we returned and asked for Sean as he was brilliant, however he was on holiday so we dealt with the assistant manager, John Kelly… he was extremely helpful and a joy to deal with, we were in and our within 20 minutes, as we/he knew exactly what we wanted and he let us know all the relevant information and recommended products. We had a very pleasant experience at Dreams Aylesbury!
