Friendly customer service, good quality products and I changed my mind and the staff were extremely helpful at selling me a product to meet my needs

Helpful assistance from Antony who answered our questions clearly and offered good advice. Manager gave us a cup of tea and some short bread which was very pleasant. Overall a very good customer experience which matched our needs. Delivery time also sharp and exceeded expectations.

Sean (Aylesbury Store) was very helpful; took time to show us all the different mattress variations and repeated so we could get a good idea of what we preferred. Went through the bed options and checked availability for us in store.

There was a bed we loved but the discount offered was on a king size bed when we actually wanted a double, which we were told also had a large discount, but you had run out of stock on that particular model and had to choose another bed.

Very reliable and quick.

The lady that served us listened to what we were after and then showed us what was available from this information. She did not push us for a more expensive item as she had taken in all that we had told her from the start
