very friendly service, excellent knowledge of all there products, easy to order

The assistant, John Kelly, was friendly and offered knowledgable advice. With a 2 year old shopping with us it would have been easy to get frustrated however he dealt with that very well pointing us to the play area and putting us at ease that she was ok testing the beds with us. Would definitely recommend John as a sales person.

Nothing was too much trouble for the sales representative serving me and he was knowledgeable about the differences between the types of mattresses I was interested in.

The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and spent time with us while we decided what we wanted - even made a cup of coffee....

Friendly informative service from John. Required a mattress for spare bedroom and given a good choice of options and very helpful guidance . My only concern is with the delivery options as I feel that an am or pm slot is an achievable option and have had to rearrange home and work plans for the expected delivery this Thursday .

Our Dreams Advisor John Kelly was attentive but not intrusive. He took time to undestand our needs and then showed us some options. He asked for & listened to our feedback, offered us some additional options then gave us privacy & time to try all the matresses again & come to an informed decision. He was always on hand if we had a question but we never once felt underpressure to buy.
