the assistant was welcoming but not pushy. He answered all my questions, obviously had good knowledge of the products and helped me make a purchase of just what I'd been looking for. I was even offered a cup of tea.I left the store feeling I'd received great, friendly service.

Great sales. Knowlegable. Not pushy. Would have liked the bed to have been available for immediate delivery . Good discount when buying bed base and head board.

My partner and I, were straight away left to explore the store but told assistance was available. After a little while trying out a few things again we were offered assistance and the young man was very helpful. He spent time with us finding out what our needs were, offered advice and recommendations and was friendly without being pushy! We needed up finishing the perfect bed and the whole process of ordering was dealt with swiftly and effectively. Was not the outcome I had expected when leaving home that evening, but I was pleasantly surprised and came away from the Aylesbury store a happy customer.

Doug was helpful in store even on the third time we went back. Always went through all the mattress information. Offered us a refreshment. His knowledge of products was helpful. When we did buy he was helpful and explained everything well. Not pushy which I appreciated

Doug's product knowledge was excellent and resulted in us Buying more expensive products then we intend so he's a good salesman! He was happy to open packs to show us the products which helped our decision- making.

The Manager (Mr. John Elliot and his team) of Aylesbury Dreams store were very helpful. We visited a couple of weeks ago to have look around and placed two separate orders on 8th of August. In the meantime, the manager was able to remember our requirements and were able to identify the products that we are exactly looking for. I am highlyu satfisfied with both service, cost and quality

The assistant was pleasant and helpful without being obsequious and left us to make decisions without pushing. He made us welcome with coffee and biscuits, and he listened properly to our requirements
