We received all the assistance we needed to purchase a mattress, this is a very personal and individual choice and the advice of an expert is always appreciated.

THE STORE WAS VERY WELL LAID OUT & SEAN THE SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL WITHOUT BEING PUSHY & GAVE US LOTS OF ADVICE ABOUT THE RIGHT BED FOR US. The assistantbwas very helpful also asked if we wanted tea and coffee while we were making up our minds.Also we could try the matress for 5 weeks if we didn't get on with it we could exchange it for another one.

Best customer service I have ever received. Even made us a cup of tea with biscuits while my wife and I tried different mattresses and beds. Even helped us pick a couple of descent pillows. Taking the mothering law to get a new bed next week, after talking to Michelle who advised us on what kind of reclining bed would be best for her.Big thanks to Michelle.

The assistant came over straight away to help me and my wife with our order. They managed to find the mattress quickly and even helped us save a bit of money with add ons! Very good service

I visited branch twice and Doug your colleague could not do enough to answer my questions. As I have suffered mobility problems since the age of 8 when I had polio in my rt leg & foot, (I am 77), he was extremely helpful ,bringing me some items rather than making me go around the same floor with my walker to view them. At times I had him running up the stairs for these. I did go up in lift to see the bed frame. I ordered because I have to move downatairs to sleep in a smaller room.

John the shop assistant at the Aylesbury branch was incredibly knowledgable and helpful to cater for my needs regarding my history of back problems. He recommended probably the most comfortable mattress I have ever laid on. It made my back pain disappear in seconds. I CANNOT wait to get it delivered so my sleeping and health can improve! A very satisfied customer over here! :)
