Everything about the visit, explanation and ordering process went very well

We visited the store several times during the process of selecting our next mattress. We had hoped to find a bed as well, but were satisfied that we found the right mattress to serves our needs. We were served by Douglas who was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and guided us through the process of selecting what we felt was right for our requirements. He was also very patient and allowed us time to come to our decision in our own time - this is a very powerful attribute in a salesperson! When we had some questions, we were able to call the store and speak to him and he recognised us and was able to provide the information we needed. Having decided what we wanted, we felt that we WANTED to buy our mattress from him, and this reflects our overall impression of doing business with Dreams. Our previous mattress had been a disappointment so the 40 night guarantee was a big factor in re-assuring us that if we had make a mistake, we had some recourse. On the final visit, Doug was not present, but I was able to conclude the transaction with John, the store manager, who was equally pleasant and helpful - our mattress is due in a couple of weeks, but so far delighted...

Excellent service was given by a young man who was full of energy, extremely upbeat, knowledgeable and helpful and in addition good with the children. The whole experience was fab.

From the time we entered the store and were approached by the store manager(John Elliott) we felt at easy and under no pressure, he even made us all a lovely cup of tea and coffee with biscuits, after we made our purchase he thanked us for our custom with a hand shake, then we enquired about some carpets.

Great selection to review and pick. No pressure from salesmen. Clean and nice store.
