Super customer service. We spent considerable time trying out various beds. The sales person (John) was excellent.

Coming into dreams after visiting bensons for beds was how shopping for a bed should be. John the manager walked us through our choices and didn't put any pressure on us at all. There was a good selection of products to choose from .

Douglas was a very considerate and showed me all which I needed to look at and didn't show me beds which I wasn't interested in. He asked me a few key questions and was able to direct me straight away. I was visiting from cornwall and I was in a hurry and didn't need to look around. He was a very good at his job

The sales adviser explained fully about all the products we were interested in. He didn't rush us & advised us to lay on all the beds we were interested in before we made our minds up.We felt there was absolutely no sales pressure put on us by the adviser to make a quick sale & we considered his advise invaluable in helping us choose the right bed & mattress. A price qoutation was printed for us & again we felt no pressure was put on us to make our minds up on the spot. Because of the way the adviser handled our visit to your Aylesbury store we decided to make a purchase & returned to the store the next morning to do this.

Salesman was knowledgeable and informative. We were able to return goods when we changed our mind. Goods delivered on time and erected efficiently. Overall, a very efficient operation.

Michelle the sales lady knew all about the products, she showed us everything and wad very helpful but at no time was she over pushy or pressing us to hard. It was this attitude of making sure we found the right product rather than push for money that made us decide to buy our beds at dreams

Doug was very helpful and answered all our queries quickly. His knowledge of the products was excellent and he was patient and not pushy in any way.
