Great advisor, very friendly and he was great with our 8 year old. He engaged with her and got her involved by giving her ‘tasks’ to complete (like ticking off mattresses we didn’t like etc) I just as very impressed!

As I have limited space I wanted a small bed - Kevin was very helpful and patient explaining my options and finding me one that would be suitable

I just popped into the Aylesbury store on the off chance there was something we'll priced to take away there and then. Thank goodness for Kevin,he found exactly what I was looking for and was and absolute delight!!!

The salesman greeted us and suggested my elderly Mother use the sleep technogy system. This proved a fun experience and helped us minimize legwork and option choices. The salesman had great product knowledge but made it simple to comprehend. We were offered beverages as we placed our order. Lead times were flexible and assembly options were discussed. We purchased pillows and other bedding in this one stop shop. The Salesman was never pushy and offered great customer service. He sanitised areas where we had been.

I was greeted at the Aylesbury store by your colleague Sean, he was utterly fantastic! Extremely patient and very knowledgeable on the products in store, can not recommend him enough for other people to go and talk to.

My husband and I visited your Aylesbury branch looking for a new divan, mattress and headboard.We were greeted by Kevin who understood our needs perfectly and with the help of the in store sleep/mattress computer/machine advised us as to the best options to try in the store. We found what we hope is the perfect bed. It was quite a lot of money and because it’s made to order there’s an eight week wait but we are looking forward to finally having a bed that we are both happy with.

I found a greal product within my price range. I always thought Dreams was overly expensive so I was very surprised and very satisfied with my purchase.
