I went into the store a couple of times before making a purchase and each time I was approached by Doug. After the first visit I knew when I made a purchase it would be through Doug! His product knowledge was exceptional as was his awareness of all the current deals. He advised on the best products for my needs and my budget and I can honestly say it's the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time! I've already recommended the store and colleague to my aunty who is currently bed shopping!

I went to the store with my friend to look for a bed for his mother, but I ended up purchasing a bed for myself. The store was light and everything was on show, and importantly you weren't jumped upon by the sales staff. I was walking round, thought I like that and made a purchase. Sean the sales person took me round the various mattresses, and explained everything about each item. At no point did I get the hard sell, it was a nice shopping experience.

The assistant was knowledgeable and friendly

Douglas was very helpful and knew what he was talking about as I wasn't too sure what I was looking for! He didn't rush me and let me have my own space to think.

Salesman was very helpful, friendly and not pushy. Knew a lot about products and prices. We pushed for discount and he helped with that too!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were given time to look around without being pressurised and were given really useful information.

Although we knew exactly what we wanted before entering the store (adding to existing bedroom furniture) we received an immediate greeting and offer of assistance. we were also happy with the "3 for 2" offer on the furniture

Doug remembered us from a previous visit when we were just looking around and knew what we wanted and was excellent sorting out the order .
