We dealt with John Kelly who helped us with his product knowledge and patience he showed whilst my wife and I were deciding which bed and mattress to buy. He took interest in us and helped to make sure our three young Children were catered for whilst we were looking around the store. In addition John provided myself and my children with drinks. Being in Sales myself, it was nice to have someone who actually understood about selling and which buttons to push but in a non aggressive fashion and done by knowledge of his products. Very impressed and would certainly return.

John Kelly the colleague who assisted us in store today was very friendly, pleasant, Patient and knowledgeable with the products. He let us choose then explain the difference between the mattress with the specific information needed. The overall time we spent in store was great, timing and efficiency was at a high standard we really enjoyed our visit today. Thanks to John for making our visit today very welcoming.

MY DAUGHTER BOUGHT A BED IN APRIL 2015. SO WHEN WE DECIDED WE NEEDED A NEW MATTRESS, WE DIDNT HESITATE WHERE I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE IT FROM. THEY WERE SO HELPFUL AND VERY UNDERSTANDING. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DREAMS TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

The staff member (John Kelly in Aylesbury)was extremely helpful and friendly, very knowledgable and had lots of patience. Even made us a cup of tea while we looked at furniture.

On visiting the store firstly to look at beds and mattresses, we were highly satisfied with the service we received from the assistant manager and other colleagues in store. We were so impressed that we returned to place our order and the assistant was equally lovely and super helpful!

After having a very bad experience with Benson's for beds and explained everything to john killy ,he then helped us by firstly bringing us a cup of tea and biscuits He then sorted everything out for us he explained all the mattress Chose the one he thought would be the best for us told us about the bed we bought how it worked how long delivery would be and it would be stress free on getting it into the house he went out of his way to help us which we had not had from Benson's beds he knew his beds he really did We left the store de stressed completely satisfied and extremely relieved Totally amazing guy thank you John and have already recommend him and your store

Salesman remembered us from a previous visit and new exactly what we wanted and took us to the item we required to me that was very good service satisfied customers
