Great helpful advisor. All beds were availble to try along with different types.

We were made very welcome. Shown the products that we requested to see (pillows). Given information about various types of pillows. Given tea, coffee and biscuits and then left alone, not hovered over, to make our decision. No pressure to buy anything.

Tony was very knowledgeble and friendly,cup of coffee good as well. We got a good deal on 2 beds so came away very happy.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, was offered a cup of tea while we were doing our order. This is the second time I have been to dreams as two years ago I had another great experience also

It was really nice to receive such fantastic service from the staff at the dreams branch in Aylesbury compared to the really poor service that me and and husband received at the Hemel Hempstead branch.

Friendly assistant, Product availability good on beds if not furniture. Pity because we would have bought some if in stock.
