The sales assistant was extremely helpful, his product knowledge was excellent and not once did he 'hard sell' any product he gave us all the different options we could buy and let us make a choice. It was nice to not be 'pounced' on as soon as we walked in the shop.

We were really pleased with the service received at our local Dreams store, especially the attentiveness of the staff and their excellent product knowledge, explaining the colour coding system in the store and steering us towards the right product for us. They even moved a mattress on to a different base so we could experience the product we were intending to purchase.

Was looking for specific mattress. Assistant was very helpful showing where it was and ponting out how to see if it was to our requirements. Showed us different mattresses in our specified firmness.
