It was a simple experience to choose what I hope will be the right mattress for me. If I have chosen wrongly I understand that the product can be changed within 40 days, which is reassuring. A polite and helpful salesman allowing me to make a decision, what more could I ask for.

Good service but no high pressure selling. Opportunity to try every style of mattress. Anthony was a mine of information.

The assistant was friendly and helpful with infinite patience while we to and fro'd trying to decide. We were both offered tea and coffee.

It was the member of staff, John Kelly, who made our visit to the store a success - he was very pleasant, knowledgable and helpful, even though the bed we went to buy wasn't available to view, which was a disappointment.

The gentleman that assisted me clearly knew the product line, was straightforward in discussions and not pushy or overbearing. Sufficient options were available to test mattress firmness and performance which was a key issue. Bed frame designs available were good and all limitations for each model were clearly presented for consideration. Options were presented where available.

We were not hassled by heavy handed sales people. Were asked politely if we were okay when we arrived and said yes we will ask for help when we've looked around. That worked perfectly for us, when we were ready to ask for advice an assistant was available and was a great help to us. The store is well laid out and clean. The beds are available to be tried easily and information on sizes and prices is clear. We were offered a drink and accepted when we made our order. Other staff were polite, friendly and cheerful. The atmosphere was so much better not being hounded by salespersons. I know it's their job to sell, but there are ways and means and Dreams salespersons have got it right.

Right amount of support and guidance without feeling pressurised to buy.
