Very happy with the range of products, the pricing and the service we received from in-store sales executive - Doug.

All staff were very friendly, not pushy when we first went in store to have a look. We then returned to store and placed our order the day after. Everything was explained and the delivery was very quick with very friendly delivery drivers.

We went to dreams today after visiting a nearby bedroom store where we felt let down and quit honestly deflated about buying a bed, we entered dreams and within a few minutes were greeted by Doug, we explained to him our requirements and budget and ideally the fact I wanted a super king bed as I wanted an upgrade from my double, he offered us refreshments and gave us extensive knowledge of the mattress avaliable and actually found something that both me and my husband liked which is no mean feat I can assure you, he then gave us a range of frames to choose from, and while being helpful and offering us assistance he also gave us time to talk and think amongst each other (which is very very helpful and actually sold us the sale). We then explained we need duvets and sheets etc and again doug guided us through these and we also made a purchase on these also. From the very beginning doug was welcoming, polite, professional and accommodating while not being over bearing this has made us give him a 10* for customer satisfaction!

At the Aylesbury store John was extremly helpfull in explaining all the single bed products & Michelle processed the order very efficiently. Validation code 908

Assistant was super understanding and helpful staff

On arrival I was given time to browse before being approached by staff. When the gentleman asked if I needed assistance he listened to my requirements and showed me products that were relevant to me. I was then given time to try out both his recommendations and my own choices. Overall I was very happy with the service provided, the friendliness of the staff (I was even offered tea or coffee when browsing!) and the cleanliness of the store.

The sales man (Anthony) was very polite extremely helpful - knew his products and gave us good info on pillows which has been found to be correct good purchase. Cannot make any comments on the bed and mattress as we have not received as yet. We were not hassled into making any purchase. Tea and biscuits were most welcome

Very helpful and friendly assistant

From the moment we walked in we felt valued by Anthony who was very very helpful,clear with explaining the different beds in the range we were looking at and what we required. We didn't at any point feel hassled which was such a welcome relief. We will be looking to purchase another bed for our spare room in the next couple of months and will be visiting dreams for this. Thank you for a100% shopping experience Can't wait to enjoy our new bed once it arrives
