We were greeted on arrival by a very friendly and helpful lady called Michelle. She was very patient and knowledgeable about the products and took time to help us make a decision without being pushy.

Anthony was sooooooo polite.

Sean the assistant was of great help, with no pressure sales attitude but simple genuine and realistic advice. A good selection of products which again Sean talked through and helped with. Felt very comfortable at all times and was pleased with purchase.

I dealt with John the Manager at the Aylesbury store and John the assistant prior to making the purchase. Both were very friendly and professional. I also found them both very non-pushy which made me want to buy from them, unlike one of your competitors who I would never buy from as their sales advisor was very patronising. All in all a good job done by dreams, I just hope it is not spoilt buy the delivery drivers and assemblers of the beds.

Doug was polite, attentive and knowledgeable about the products we were interested. He was also patient and not giving us the hard sell.

John Kelly from the Aylesbury store helped us to find the perfect bed, his product knowledge was fantastic and he managed to get us a bed to take away the same day which is what we needed. Friendly, speedy and very helpful!!

The assistant was welcoming and friendly, he listened to our needs as internet searches had provided certain information but the invitation to see the initial selection (internet choice) with subsequent valuable information was welcomed. The move to the recommended alternative was very satisfactory with more options and valued descriptive data in an advisory manner

Went with a specific and immediate need and an instock bed was suggested, shown and supplied for take home with extreme efficiency and courtesy despite the purchase being a clearance item. The bed met all my requirements
