Very friendly staff did not feel pressured good customer service

The 'sleeping machine' which helped select beds to choose from was great. The friendly and knowledgeable store assistant helped make the experience quick and enabled us to make an informed decision.

From the moment I entered the store the staff member couldn’t have been more helpful. Shopping with 2 toddlers is never an easy task- but he engaged with them immediately and made the whole mattress buying experience less stressful! Really knowledgable and not pushy. Really pleased with the price I paid and delivery time also. Overall a much better experience than I expected!
