Lady assistant Michelle most helpful and friendly,nothing too much trouble.

The assistant Kim was really helpful and nothing was any trouble ,she was also a lovely person

I walked itno the store and was politely greeted and asked what i looking for, the assistant, Kim, took me to look at the items. Friendly and helpful throughout the time in the store.

I received a very warm welcome on arrival at the store. Friendly, knowledgeable, unpressured assistance to purchase the exact item I was looking for.

very helpful staff. we were advised of the different type of beds available so we could choose the one we liked. we are also previous customers and will always recommend dreams.

My partner and I were in a bit of a rush when we entered the store as we were on a mission! We weren't visiting intending on purchasing a mattress, but primarily to have a feel of the different types and to see what was best for us. As we entered the store (we were the only ones there at the time!) we were immediately acknowledged by a staff member who asked us if we wanted any help. We explained our situation and straight away John Kelly was extremely informative and found the right mattress for us on 1st attempt. He was very knowledgeable and I felt relaxed, rather than being pushed to make a purchase. Even though mattress number 1 was the one for us, he still showed us 2 other mattress' just to give us an idea of what else there was. We explained we didn't really know a lot about mattress' and John explained each one. He offered us both a cup of tea and we had a chat about what my partner and I had done that day and what we were doing later. All in all, I was very impressed with the high level of customer service we received and how easy it was to buy the mattress we wanted.

Professional, not patronising, appropriately guiding. Laid back and friendly atmosphere but very attentive.

Greeted on arrival to store assistant Doug was extremly helpful in every respect. Including advise on bedroom furniture as well as very helpful advise on costing of dreams products.. Highly recommend anyone looking for beds or bedroom furniture..
