I visited the store on two earlier occasions to enquired about the product I wished to purchase and was given up to date information about the service I would receive i.e. free delivery and that finance was available at 0% interest if I did purchase. So on the third occasion I visited the store to purchase the product, I was pleasantly surprised to also be offered coffee and biscuits during my purchase.

John the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and very polite. We explained what we wanted and how much we were prepared to pay. In no way did John put us under pressure to make a purchase.

We got our last Bed from you. And 8 years ago we also replaced our mattress an Opal 4 which was very comfortable, So made sense to come back to Dreams for my new Divan and look forward to receiving it.

We found the staff very helpful & knowledgable and very concerned that we chose the right products that suited our needs.
