Sales person was not pushy and offered to give best price he can do without me asking for it.

I found the guy who survey us .Sean very helpful in that he explained fully and allowed a lot of time in us deciding which bed was for my back problem .It was very interesting as we also learnt alot about how many types of matresses there are and all the difference firmnesses.he was very friendly and helped us choose the best matress which was suited to my specific problem ..I am very satisfied .never had such good customer service and attention before

Yes, because I bought a bed from Dreams 2006 and have been happy with it all this time, but now it's time for a new one, so I came back to Dreams.

The staff allowed me time to look around before approaching me.In my opinion there is nothing worse then walking through the door and then being jumped upon by the staff. Anthony let me wander around for a good 5 minutes before approaching me he was very knowledgeable and offered me a beverage which I declined. After trying out 3 mattresses I finally decided on a Mattress that gave me the best back support, this was slightly above my budget but I think this mattress should last 10 years.

Doug in the Aylesbury store was extremely helpful no hard sell just really listened to me .. explained about different beds and matresses . I said I was I on a budjet but he still took the time with me .. looked at different options for me .. he was so helpful .. I even got offered a coffee . What a pleasure to shop .... i will be recomending the store to my friends and also Doug .. thank you ... for making me valued as a customer ...

Douglas was very helpful and understanding regarding my disability and requirements. Yesterday my mattress was delivered by the Dreams delivery team and were very helpful and understanding. I rate the the above 3 members of staff quite highly and hope that any after sales assistance if required will also meet the same high standard. David

Sean was extremely helpful, had all the product knowledge, he also allowed us space and time to talk privately, very good customer care.

Neither my wife nor I had made a purchase before and thus we had limited knowledge of the products. We were guided through at a steady pace by a sales assistant (Michelle) who knew her products. She understood our needs and offered us suitable products. I particularly like her professional and friendly style, therefore, I'll recommend Aylesbury's Dreams to others.
