No pressure or rush to make a decision. Appreciate the lack of a hard sell, made me feel more comfortable to make the purchase.

Everything was explained clearly, several options were offered, no pressure, good value for money.

Was given a couple of options for mattresses in my price range then was pointed to a much superior one for an unbelievable price so decided to spend the extra money !!!!

Excellent customer service. We were assisted by John Kelly who was attentive but not overbearing. He was knowledgable, friendly and accommodating. Our daughter was in company with us and staff entertained her for the duration of our visit giving us time to make a considered decision about our purchase. This is something we have not experienced in other stores and contributed greatly to our decision to making a purchase.

we visited the Aylesbury store on Saturday (Cambridge St) and was met by a chap called John who was incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. he made a couple of little nice comments which put us at ease and I no how important that is, given we're also in the consumer business. John did not pressurise us at all, was very helpful, offered us tea/coffee etc and was most helpful. he demonstrated the bed/spring types and recommended a couple of options in line with our budget. It was refreshing to meet a 'happy' conversant and friendly sales person, something very rare these days when entering one of the big multi national stores. Well done John, much appreciated.
