Dreams - Aylesbury

The Dreams colleague who helped us, John Kelly, was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and really knew when to give us space to think and we felt under no pressure which is great! Really looking forward to getting our new mattress!

Everything explained cleary and suggestions were given as we had no idea. John's knowledge was spectacular. He directed us according to our needs and budget. He did not hurried us up and we were quiete relaxed when we left the store.

Not pushed by any salesman left to get on with viewing but was at hand when needed

I first visited the Aylesbury store ref 908 on July 25 after the water damage to my home, where I was met by Assistant Kim Naomi, who was very friendly, welcoming and understanding of my dilemma. I was able with Kim's help to pick out my new items. Until my returning today 22 August to complete and pay for my order, Kim went beyond and above her duty to telephone and check that I was ok! To which I cannot thank her enough! I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Dreams an look forward to receiving my products in due course.

Assistant Kim Naomi was very friendly, helpful and sympathetic to my needs! As I had a overflow which cause a lot of damage to the house, Kim went over and above her role at dreams to which I was very Gratfull for! I have no hesitation to recommending my friends and family!!! Excellent service with tea and biscuits!

The assistant Kim saw me wondering and came over to help me. I had no idea what I wanted, she was efficient, good humoured and very friendly, with a good understanding of what I was looking for by asking the right questions. She couldn't have been more helpful, I left home today wanting to buy a plant and came home with a mattress, 2 sheets and a mattress cover - impressive Kim!

Doug our sales rep, was very helpful, not pushy, advised us to go away before committing to our decision and the bed was a great price!

Staff were highly attentive and knowledgeable about the products. We had no difficulty in finding someone to help us. When we were ready to make a purchase it was very quick and straightforward and delivery was arranged for just a few days time. It would be fantastic if all furniture stores offered such good service.

Given the choice of different products. Very polite assistant,explained the difference between the products. Allowed time to make my own choice without pressure.
