The Store Manager very knowledgeable, listened to our needs and clearly identified options for us to consider so that we could make an informed choice. Item was of good price and available for delivery within the same week. Product yet to arrive, so hopefully there will be no dissappointments.

John Kelly was very attentive and highly knowledgeable about all of the products. We felt that he was friendly, empathetic and committed to finding us the perfect products. We did not feel as if we were being 'taken for a ride' which can happen with more aggressive styles of sales. The freebies were also very unexpected but very welcome! The store was very peaceful and relaxing and tolerant to our two small children.

My wife and I were highly satisfied, we had two visits to the Dreams showroom in Aylesbury over the past 5 weeks and on both occasions we found the staff very helpful and informative the second visit we made the purchase of bed and mattress. With the help of Sean everything was done and purchased and all mattresses tested.oh and also we splashed out and bought two expensive but very comfortable pillows. We look forward to the arrival of our new bed. Thanks again Sean and rest of the team.

Having had a pretty disappointing experience over the phone & on your website, I decided to just go into the store. The guy who served me was knowledgeable & took his time to check & show me everything I might be interested in (mattress needed quickly for a child). I would definitely go back to that store if I ever need a mattress again.

Sean said hello as soon as we entered the store. Even though he was the only member of staff In store he said hello and then continued to do his work whilst we were looking around. He asked us twice if we needed any assistance, the second time we accepted. He asked us what we were looking for and listened to our reasonings for what we wanted, he then followed us racing around the store showing him all the beds we liked with no complaints. He then took us on a walk round the beds he thought would be suitable for us and gave us a lot of information about the different types of beds/mattresses. He was very friendly and seemed to enjoy his job. I would definitely come back to be served by Sean. He should be rewarded greatly for his customer service!
