We were given refreshments, the person helping was available when we wanted but stayed in the background while we were still browsing and making up our minds. He listened carefully to our requirements and was able to guide is in the right direction

Exceptionally helpful member of staff with a sense of humour and huge amounts of patience.

Anthony was knowledgeable and very helpful without being pushy and he answered all questions promptly and accurately.

Friendliness of staff. Amble samples. Staff members product knowledge. There was no attempt to push us above our budget though we did spend a tiny bit more than we intended, our call.

The salesman name is douglas very nice man other salesman could Lerner a lot by using his style of selling a credit to your store thank you

Highly professional and efficient service. Sales man, Sean, took time to understand my needs and allowed plenty of time to assess options.

Staff were friendly but not over pushy and allowed me time and space to come to a decision on which bed to purchase.

Kim the sales assistant was friendly and answered all our questions but was not pushy and gave us a cup of coffee and time/space to think about our purchase. Also extra things like taking the old mattress away makes the experience better.

The sales person (John Kelly) was extremely informative and helpful in taking us through our options in order for us to make an informed decision.

We had looked at mattresses online and visited our local store in Aylesbury to see and try the product . The layout of the beds and matresses was very clear and made the visit very easy. We were given lots of help and served coffee while we sampled various different types and were not hassled to make a decision. The srore manager served us and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
