Dreams - Aylesbury

On entering the store I thought too many to choose from. I knew roughly what I wanted and when I told Pravesh he immediately knew what I meant. After showing me several mattresses and making sure I tested them well I was pleased to be able to place an order. I found Pravesh to be polite and friendly and knowledgeable about the product I was buying. I would definitely use the Aylesbury store again should the need arise.

We had visited other bed retailers and were disappointed with the range and quality of goods on offer. We decided on impulse to visit the Dreams showrooms in Cambridge Close, Aylesbury. We had been in the store for only a few minutes and were approached by an assistant (Kim Naomi) who politely enquired if we needed any help. She quickly and succinctly explained the choice of matresses available for the type of bed in which we were interested and then left us to explore the alternatives. Once we had narrowed our search, we sought her further guidance and we were then able to make our final choice. She then, very efficiently, processed our order. The whole process was both quick and enjoyable. Her friendly manner, combined with her product knowledge made made for a very pleasant and hassle free process - so different from pushy sales assistants in other stores.

I was greeted on arrival to the store by a girl called Kim she was very helpful and knowledgeable on the bed i ordered also other members of the Aylesbury store were also very friendly and helpful as i needed information on my tv bed i recently ordered, so very happy all round.

Made to feel very welcome, John who served us provided us with coffee of our choice - which was delicious - and ginger nut biscuits!!! he was very knowledgeable, approachable, very chatty and we had a good joke and laugh. All the other staff would say hello and smile and were very friendly - an asset the Dreams Company - good ambassadors. not the first time have shopped here and certainly wont be the last!There are a lot of other retailed out there who should step up to the standards of your Aylesbury branch staff! I hope all your other stores are the same. Thank you

Upon entering the store we were met almost immediately by an assistant, I gave him my criteria and requirements, and he very promptly made a recommendation that suited my needs. He was efficient throughout, friendly, helpful and made the whole process very easy.
