when entering we were not jumped on imediately we were browsing and looking then we were asked if we needed assistance later and we said later.then later an assistant came to us who was John and he was so helpfull friendly and knowledgable. He gave us so many options and showed us many types and said lay on the beds to see which was comfortable, which made us hot and so forth and explained every thing to us.We then went through the process of ordering and paying for the bed then we went and had a look at bedroom furniture and he came over later and we had a great discussion about that and he was again so helpful he even gave us a drink wuth biscuits. We were so pleased and would recomend anyone to dreams at Aylesbury

John came over to greet us, he asked lots of questions on what we were looking for what we have at the mo ... he spent time showing us all the different mattress and explained about them, he then asked us if we would like a drink and showed my son the colouring pencils and paper. John then went off and make the drinks but did not return straight away he left us to test the mattress and talk between ourselves which was so nice not to be rushed and hasselled. Great customer service as we was in the store for nearly 2 hours. We decided on the mattress and bed and ordered it :) Thank you John Elliott

On this occasion we spoke to the manager who was knowledgable and very helpful. Hence we were highly satisfied. However during the course of this visit it became apparent that we had been ill advised about a very expensive product that we bought earlier in the month. We will be exchanging the item within the 40 day policy but sadly will possibly incur a discrepancy in the value of the new item and will certainly incur a cost for redelivery..this is disappointing..we were not served by the manager on the earlier occasion.

Anthony helped us to select the right mattress. He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained how everything was laid out. He was present without being in our face! He was accommodating to our needs and we ended up buying a mattress.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming offered a coffee or tea. Staff always available when needed to answer questions about products good service . Happy staff nice to see staff enjoying there job and able to have a laugh with there customers . Felt very relaxed. was looking around only went in to get a mattress and ended up buying new bed mattress and new wardrobes for our room. Thank you to the staff for there help. 😃

We purchased the product we required, the sales assist and (John Kelly) was very helpful and did his best to understand our needs by suggesting we try a range of products. Whole process was very pleasant and efficient.

I was shown all the options in a professional and speedy manner and was left to make up my own mind. The ordering process was very efficient.

The assstat was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions quickly.

I kept changing my mind and the assistant was kind and courteous throughout
