The sales assitant John Kelly was very helpful and attentive without being pushy and was very knowlageable about the products. Was offered a hot beverage and biscuits which was a nice touch and was not rushed into making a decision. Would recomend Dreams to anyone

Store was very well laid out with lots of choice. We were served quickly. There was no attempt to persuade us to go for a more expensive mattress.

John Kelly was very attentive from the moment we walked through the door. He ensured that the comfort of our new bed came first and listened to our needs. When we had found a mattress we liked he enabled us to find a cheaper alternative to meet our budget. We were able to ask questions and were able to purchase a product that exceeded our initial requirements, eventually purchasing a mattress and bed rather than just a mattress (which had been our priority). He offered us refreshments and even offered refreshments for our toddler and his grandma who were waiting patiently in the car for us! We are very excited about receiving our item!

Great customer service and knowledge of the mattress we where purchasing offered us a cancelled order which made it more affordable for us Didn't feel like he was pressuring us but gave us enough knowledge and facts to make a decision to buy

The amount of Knowledge the two Johns, that were running the shop that day had about the products they were selling was amazing, they answered all my questions. The offer of tea or coffee was a good indicator there was no rush. John the man with the glasses, the manager i think, also knew a lot about other manufacturers mattresses and comparison ones he sold, as i had gone in for a Slumberland.

The shop assistant was very good. Explained the products very well, gave us plenty of choice and time to decide what we wanted.
