John who dealt with us was very helpful not pushy. He offers us a hot drink and we took our time to decide which bed to buy.

The sales assistant was very helpful and very informative talked us threw everything I was looking at was very patient and very polite while I was placing my order. He took the time to explain everything on my invoice the deduction and prices it all went very smoothly also had a nice cuppa while he did his paper work most satisfactory. Thank you for making your training so affectedly and thorough.

The manager was very knowledgable about products and helped me make an informed choice within my price range and requirements. It can be over whelming with all the choice but he guided me through my options, very pleased with my choice.

Very friendly and knowledgeable assistant greatly simplified the process of choosing, particularly the mattress. With his help we quickly found the best mattress for us.

Your colleague, John Kelly, was very helpful. He made it known on our entry that he was available without making us feel like he was pressuring us. We were allowed to explore and try beds at our leisure for a good 5-10 minutes before offering us a drink and then offering advice at our request. Having listened to what we were looking for John guided us to various products that were relevant to our needs without favouring any single product, but simply listening to our assessment of each bed tried before showing the next option that fitted our requirements. He was careful to give us the time needed to try each bed and allowed us all the time we needed to discuss each option. This help allowed us to make an informed choice that lead to a mid-range product that suited us. John also explained that we had a period of time to try the product and could change it, within a period of time, for a firmer or softer one based on our actual experience with the delivered item. This allowed us to know that we didn’t have to base our choice solely on our experience in store.
