We were served by the manager in the Aylesbury branch who had a perfect manner and excellent product knowledge.

Staff working hard to understand my needs. High quality products. Good range and choice.

The shop assistant, John Kelly, who served us was incredibly polite, friendly and helpful. His product knowledge was excellent - we were able to tell him what we wanted and he was able to lead us straight to the best matching products. It was an easy and pleasant shopping experience.

My daughter ad I were highly satisfied due to the obvious knowledge and enthusiasm over your products which John your Salesman showed; this gave us confidence to buy your products.

I received the assistance as soon as I entered the store. The difference between the products was explained. I was able to try the beds.

Member of staff (Jack) was very knowledgable and after asking relevant questions was able to guide us in the right direction. This made our visit enjoyable as my wife is disabled and the less time spent looking for our needs was a bonus. Liked the fact that Jack was friendly and amiable. In my opinion he spent the right amount of time with us, neither wasting his or our time. Overall a very pleasant experience and one I would like to recommend to anyone. Hope we can return again in the near future.
